Description
VITA Volunteer Certified IRS tax preparers and interpreters (if-needed) will be on-site to help. Everyone is welcome to attend and have their taxes done for Free! The process is first come first serve with the last return starting at 6pm. You will need a valid photo ID, Social Security cards or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number documents for you, your spouse, and dependents. VITA’s FREE services are available to people who generally make $60,000 or less, persons with disabilities; the elderly; and limited English-speaking taxpayers who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. United Way of the Lowcountry, Bluffton Self Help, Lowcountry Immigration Council, Lowcountry Council of Governments (Agency on Aging) and PASOs will be on hand. Cakes by Liz will be selling food and La Pantera 96.1 will be broadcasting live on site. Free kids’ activities will set up to enjoy. What great way to have your taxes done for free and keep more your money in your pocket!
