Hilton Head Island Hannukah Celebration and Menorah Lighting Set for Sunday, December 18

The Town of Hilton Head Island, in partnership with Congregation Beth Yam, invites you to the first Hilton Head Island Hannukah Celebration and Menorah Lighting on Sunday, December 18.

This admission-free event starts at 5:30 pm at the Lowcountry Celebration Park, 94 Pope Avenue. Rabbi Brad L. Bloom of Congregation Beth Yam will lead the Menorah lighting ceremony.

All are welcome to participate in this event featuring:

  • Music
  • Dreidel games
  • Balloon art
  • Latkes and sufganiyots, traditional Jewish treats
Attendees are encouraged to bring new, unopened feminine hygiene products as donations to Hopeful Horizons, a local children’s advocacy, domestic violence, and rape crisis center. For additional donation ideas, visit hopefulhorizons.org to view their full wish list.
