On March 14, Devin Butler, a graduate of Hardeeville Middle/High School, played with the Missouri Western Griffons as they fell 83-65 to the St. Cloud State Huskies in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, which began at 8:30 p.m. in Lee Arena, marked the teams’ first meeting during the tournament.
