Beaufort County: Beaufort County Offices to Close in Observance of Christmas Holiday

Beaufort County issued the following announcement on December 21.

In observance of the Christmas holiday, all Beaufort County government buildings will be closed Thursday, December 23, Friday, December 24 and Monday, December 27. Offices will also be closed the following Friday, December 31, for New Year’s Day.

Convenience Centers in Beaufort County will close at 1 p.m., Friday, December 24, and will be closed Saturday, December 25. They will resume normal operating hours Sunday, December 26. 

Operations at the Hilton Head Island Airport will remain available during the holiday. Beaufort Executive Airport will have self-serve AvGas but no FBO services will be available.

Emergency services and law enforcement personnel will remain available.
